I work with teams to uncover transformative product opportunities while hands-on crafting the brands and experiences that bring them to life. My passions for people and systems led me to co-author the Community Canvas, a community-building framework translated into 15 languages, and to create public participatory art. I explore the world through writing and believe in learning by doing.
