co.rise aimed to bring together growth-minded design leaders from startups and Fortune 500s into curated cohorts of 6–8 peers. With certified coaches guiding the way, members worked through real leadership challenges, shared knowledge, and built trusted networks. We placed each applicant with care to ensure alignment, often with employer sponsorship. Beyond monthly coaching, the community connected through workshops, roundtables, and in-person gatherings—supported by an exclusive online space—making design leadership less isolating and more about learning, growth, and belonging.
